Husk Coconut

Coconut Botanical Name is Cocos nucifera and Plant family Arecaceae (Palm family).Native to tropical regions and found in countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Brazil. There are three type of Coconut palm tree, tall with a straight trunk and large feathery leaves and Fruit Type is Drupe.

The white, fleshy part that fills the interior of a mature coconut. It is rich in healthy fats and has a mild, nutty flavour. Coconuts are used in a wide range of dishes, desserts, beverages, and snacks. Coconut water, milk, oil, and grated coconut are common ingredients in many cuisines. Coconuts have a relatively long shelf life, especially when kept in cool and dry conditions. The water inside a fresh coconut is usually consumed immediately. Coconut palms grow in tropical regions with sandy soil and require warm temperatures, abundant sunlight, and regular rainfall.
